History

The Beginning

velvet[tv] productions began way back in April of 2019 when a group of friends were instructed to create a small short-film for their Seventh Grade English class. Our founder, Luke McBride, chose the name, Friends Entertainment, which summed up the purpose of the company.

The Change

In late 2021, Friends Entertainment went through a revamp and was changed to velvet[tv] productions. The color scheme was changed, and our mission statement was tweaked to fit the new goals of the company. 

Present Day

Here we are. This is velvet[tv] productions, and our main focus is pretty much still the same. To create creative and meaningful content to bring joy, inspire, and entertain.
